France is a political and economic force in Europe and therefore particularly attractive for any company with international ambitions. This applies to Hectronic as well. Hectronic’s declared aim of crossing the Rhine was achieved in the course of the year 2000.

And what is the best location in France for success? Paris of course. Hectronic France set up its headquarters in Saint Maur des Fossés, a suburb close to the capital. The first branch office was also opened in Lyons in 2004.
The company’s development in this relatively short space of time can be described as extremely satisfactory. Under the leadership of Sylvain Duverger the French subsidiary has rapidly and successfully brought the whole range of Hectronic products to market. Important steps have been taken both in fuel management and in parking.

Today, Hectronic France has a staff of twelve. Its clients are located throughout France and operate in a variety of sectors. Hectronic’s public autofuel terminals, automatic vehicle recognition and automatic tank gauging system Optilevel are deployed by company vehicle fleets (AS 24), transport companies, super/hypermarket fuelling stations, municipal bus companies, coach operators, public transport fleets and also at ports and airports/airfields, as in the case of our application for Total Aviation.
In the fuel management sector Hectronic works with leading companies such as Norbert Dentressangle, TFE, Samat, Alloin, Cofiroute and Walon, but also with transportation groups such as VEOLIA, TRANSDEV and SITA Suez. As this industry is particularly well represented outside the Paris region, the sales network covers numerous towns in France including Rennes, Rouen, Lyons, Avignon, Toulouse, La Rochelle, Metz, Arras, Colmar and Dijon. A large number of municipalities have also adopted ticket machines from Hectronic for managing their public parking. In recent years towns such as Dijon, Beauvais, Béthune, Amiens, Nogent, Le Raincy, Aubervilliers, Châteauroux, La Ciotat and many others have been equipped with Hectronic parking solutions.
