Hectronic PRODUCTION
From single part production to large-scale order
Quick response time in combination with high quality is what Hectronic production excels in.
What are the decisive factors of the production in a company? Of course, quality. The main focus must of course be on quality. But today other aspects gain more and more importance. This trend is characterised by slogans such as "just-in-time", "lean production" or "one piece flow". A trend which is also followed by Hectronic. The orders ranging from single part production to large-scale projects are carried out in modern and spacious installations. The modular design of the fuelling and parking systems and a structured automatic sequence reduce assembly times, thus ensuring increased production. Moreover, this rational work procedure does not result in any additional expenditure in percent when producing small lot sizes. This means: 1 or 100 units, there is no influence on the production processes.
This process also has a positive effect on quality. The automated test procedures also play an important role. "No product leaves the shop without having undergone intensive testing, which in addition is also documented" according to Managing Director Eckhard Fechtig. Work at Hectronic is performed by eight different assembly groups. Each of these groups is responsible for a specific production sector. Its precisely organised operating sequences have allowed Hectronic to transfer the majority of its storage to the street, allowing it to use these freed resources selectively for production. "A transparent production", says Eckhard Fechtig, for in increasing numbers the customers express their desire to see once for themselves how the high-quality fuelling and parking systems are produced. "They want to see for themselves Hectronic's power of performance", emphasises the Managing Director and adds: "I think we'll be able to show them."
Modular design on the conveyor belt: At Hectronic, the parking ticket machines can be mounted in a wide range of different designs without the need to interrupt the work sequence.

This picture shows the assembly of the FDA industrial gauges and gauges for household technology, which are then automatically tested and finally packed for shipping.

Technology and fine sensitivity: The thin wires are introduced into the gauge rod of the OPTILEVEL gauge.
