HecTwin
Ideal solution for confined car parks.
HecTwin is the perfect duo in Hectronic's range of products. These two terminals control the entry and exit for marked-off car parks both effectively and smoothly. This applies for both public as well as private car parks. And HECTRONIC offers once more the complete package for the customer, since the “parking ticket machine as payment terminal” is included in the offer. Technology, efficiency and customer-friendliness: an impressive package through and through.
THERE IS NO WAY AROUND IT.
Efficient also for privately used car parks.
The driver identifies himself at the entry terminal using an access code. The barrier opens automaticallyvia a light barrier or ground contact. It simply requires the twin with identification module.
Voice communication is a great help.
Communication always makes things easier. The same applies to the parking sector. The voice communication via GSM helps to solve any issues quickly and efficiently. The modern display which shows the relevant instructions offers additional service.
Really - there is simply no way around it.
There is no way around HecTwin. This is not only true for parking with its clear entry and exit structure. No, we also mean this in a metaphorical way. Once you add up the high efficiency yet manageable investment costs with the great experience of HECTRONIC in this field, well then the result can only be: I will choose HecTwin.
Parking can be so simple!
1. The car stops at the barrier at the entrance of the car park.
2. Driver pulls a ticket, barrier opens, and the driver parks the car.
3. On the return, the driver holds the ticket - which contains a barcode - to the barcode scanner of the parking ticket machine CITEA. The machine will calculate the parking duration and parking fee using the time stamp.
4. The driver pays the fee. There are a range of payment options since the CITEA accepts coins, bank notes, credit and debit cards. Payment using the mobile phone is also an option.
5. The ticket is registered as 'paid' in the database and is released for being used at the exit terminal(s). The driver receives a receipt upon request.
6. The driver holds this ticket against the exit terminal, the barrier opens and the driver is able to leave the car park
