The driver identifies himself at the entry terminal using an access code. The barrier opens automaticallyvia a light barrier or ground contact. It simply requires the twin with identification module.

Parking can be so simple!
1. The car stops at the barrier at the entrance of the car park.
2. Driver pulls a ticket, barrier opens, and the driver parks the car.
3. On the return, the driver holds the ticket - which contains a barcode - to the barcode scanner of the parking ticket machine CITEA. The machine will calculate the parking duration and parking fee using the time stamp.
4. The driver pays the fee. There are a range of payment options since the CITEA accepts coins, bank notes, credit and debit cards. Payment using the mobile phone is also an option.
5. The ticket is registered as 'paid' in the database and is released for being used at the exit terminal(s). The driver receives a receipt upon request.
6. The driver holds this ticket against the exit terminal, the barrier opens and the driver is able to leave the car park
