PetroPoint Fleet+ is a system designed specifically for fleet and company filling stations. It interacts wirelessly with the pump dispenser or nozzle hose. The only thing required is a small transponder fitted to the dispensing nozzle. As a result, conversion costs are kept to an absolute minimum and there is no wear and tear whatsoever. It therefore makes sense even for small fleets to implement the system. Another aspect in its favour is its modular design. PetroPoint Fleet+ can be integrated within any filling station system. It is also effective at preventing fuel wastage. Thanks to its open-ended design, it will also be compatible with future developments and technologies.

How does PetroPoint Fleet+ work? It is really quite simple: the driver drives to the pump, takes out the nozzle and fills up his vehicle; that's it. PetroPoint Fleet+ does the rest. Optimising your fleet management procedures couldn't be simpler. All relevant data is transferred quickly and easily via a wireless connection on the driver's behalf. Without any further action required and in a matter of seconds, authorisation is verified, the nozzle reset and the fuel data stored and processed. Information about mileage or operating hours can also be transferred and used to work out when the next servicing or inspection is due or for calculating fuel or lubricant consumption. And there's yet another advantage: PetroPoint Fleet+ prevents vehicles being filled up with the incorrect fuel.

FAST, SECURE, CONVENIENT:

• Vehicle drives into the fuelling area within the reception range of the filling station receiver.
• Driver puts the dispenser nozzle into the vehicle's fuel tank.
• The nozzle transponder is scanned by the antenna.
• The vehicle transmitter then sends driver and vehicle recognition, as well as mileage/operating hours, by radio to the receiver.
• The receiver forwards the data to the fuel terminal, which then initiates vehicle authorisation.
• In the case of positive authorisation, the appropriate fuel dispensers are automatically activated.
• If the driver removes the dispenser nozzle from the vehicle's fuel tank, fuelling will be stopped immediately (nozzle out function).
• After refuelling, the vehicle and tank data are saved for further processing and forwarded to the back office system.

OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT

Naturally, PetroPoint operates exceptionally well with other Hectronic products, such as the management software FuelData, the tank fuel level management system OPTILEVEL and fuel terminals such as the Hecfleet. And all this without any interface problems whatsoever.
