And this is precisely what HecPoll software provides. An all-inclusive solution, it offers an entire solution package in a single, up-to-date filling station system. Not only that - HecPoll forms a perfectly functioning data network linking disparate stations. The modular format enables clients to select a range of services that precisely meets the needs of their filling station.
From proprietary single-location filling stations to large public sector filling station networks, anyone can create their own custom package. Hectronic has years of experience in developing industry-specific business applications. HecPoll is based on this knowledge. In this solution we have developed a comprehensive portfolio of modules and functions for business applications, including multi-client capability, support for multiple languages, online authorisation and reporting.
There are also import and export interfaces, user administration and a results-orientated user interface, making it faster and more productive to work with every application. This means you can configure HecPoll to be exactly the sort of control centre you need for your filling station.
HECPOLL STANDARD
The Standard module is responsible for administering master data. This includes customer cards, vehicles and products. Any parameters concerning personnel, price-setting and different contracts can also be set up here. And there is no limit to the number this can be applied to. Thanks to its multi-client capability, HecPoll Standard can manage multiple outlets simultaneously.
Included in the package:

HECPOLL PROFESSIONAL
HecPoll Professional is a module that provides an easy-to-read dashboard for operational processes. The comprehensive statistical formats in particular provide additional functionality. Another feature is that the user can generate analyses for his customers or specific listings for multiple grades such as diesel or AdBlue.
Anyone wanting to know more about the vehicles in their fleet is best served by HecPoll Professional. Vehicle analysis provides all relevant data. Deviations can be displayed via chart analysis and output as CSV or PDF files.
HECPOLL FLEETNET
Communication is the keyword that underpins HecPoll FleetNet. This module enables online authorisation of station cards, from the individual outlet back to a control centre. The system is openly designed. The standardised online (IFSF-based) interface to FleetNet Server provides the ability to connect till or automated pump systems from different manufacturers to a single server
The principal features of HecPoll FleetNet are:
- Central black- or whitelist management
- Centralised limit management (limits set in real time for the entire network)
- High level of security (against abuse)
- Volume or quantity limits via prepayment facility
- Central transaction processing (fuel data processing)
- Variable product restrictions (such as AdBlue, vegetable oil, natural gas)
- Extension of card functions without having to issue new cards (additional checks or checkbacks such as PIN entry, mileage entry, driver and vehicle data)
HECPOLL AER-MONITORING
HecPoll AER Monitoring helps you truly save money while offering a highly efficient service. Status or fault messages can be instantly forwarded to service or operating personnel by email or SMS. This enables work to be optimally coordinated
The reporting facility covers all relevant subjects and processes:
- Distinction between primary and secondary processing times, weekend services
- Operational status displayed and administered
- Messages sent to station personnel (e.g. warning that paper is running low) or to the service centre (core function error), leading in turn to shorter downtime for sites.
- This is done via a web portal, meaning that details of work carried out can also be confirmed via this medium or via SMS.
- Details of work carried out are recorded to guarantee completeness of the information provided and a continuous history.
- Comprehensive analysis and reporting
- Detailed card statistics can be called up.
- Groups can be combined, e.g. regions, stations or terminals.
HECPOLL OPTAVIAS
HecPoll Optavias is a PC-based software solution for monitoring and assessing filling level measurement data. Integrated functions include bearing chart administration, volume conversion, temperature compensation (conversion to normal temperature), and threshold guidelines with visual and audible alarms.
Its many functions briefly include:
- Administration of up to 32 tanks
- Volume conversion
- Graphic and tabular representation of content data
- Water readings, density measurement and quality measurement
- Temperature readings and temperature compensation
- Optional connection for a truck driver display (can be installed behind the shop window and toggled via a motion sensor. Alternatively a desktop monitor is available.)
