Before we explain, how our Controller 104M Basic works, we would like to tell, what it can do. That is convincing since the vast technical achievement brings you a variety of advantages.
The OPTILEVEL Controller 104M Basic is a Windows CE based High-End controller for analysing and monitoring level gauge data. The 128MB large flash card allows information to be stored in a MSSQL database. The Controller 104M Basic polls the probes, monitors their status and interprets the data.
Together with the sales data provided by the filling station control desk, the Controller 104M Master calculates possible shortfalls and detects leaks. The integrated automatic calibration of the tank table delivers optimum results here (optionally with the ALPHA/BETA software module).
The Controller 104M Basic saves money and brings a clear plus of environmental security.

The software module alpha extends the Controller 104M Basic with following functions (the data may be displayed only on an external display):
Leak detection | The Controller 104M Basic supervises both the tank and the piping system. Already smallest irregularities are discovered and reported. |
Dynamic leak detection | This functionality allows leak detection even during normal petrol station operation (sales and deliveries). |
Delivery detection | The Controller 104M Basic registers automatically the quantity and the time of a delivery. |
Reconciliation | The Controller 104M Basic compares the sold and the real existing quantity in the tank. It considers changes due to temperature variation. |
Automatic tank calibration | Standard strapping tables are loaded or calculated and the Controller 104M Basic correct them automatically to ideal tables for the respective tank. |
"Meter Mapping" | The Controller 104M Basic organises your site by establishing the correct correspondence of tank to dispenser. This applies also for MP-dispensers. |
Arguments, that speak for itself!
The OPTILEVEL Controller 104 is our efficient translator. What does it translate? Well, it reads the millimetre data of the probes, converts them into volume/litres and translates this the corresponding protocol to communicate with the POS. The compact and flexible Controller for the control of your wet stock data. The gauges are polled, supervised and communicated to the host system. The OPTILEVEL Controller 104 fits in its dimensions the OPTILEVEL Supply.
Structure
Fill level gauges are connected via RS 232. Optionally connection to the filling station desk is possible with RS 232 / RS 485. Connection of remote displays, printer and/or modem for transmission of data is possible at any time.
